The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for your project will be defined in a customized digital strategy roadmap or proposal.
3. Billing and Payments
Our payment structure prioritizes transparency:
- Project-Based Work: Payments are typically divided into structured milestones (e.g., upfront deposit, mid-point review, and final launch).
- Monthly Retainers: Services such as ongoing SEO, ads management, and hosting are billed on a flat-rate monthly basis.
- All deposits are non-refundable once strategy or development work has commenced.
4. Client Responsibilities
For us to deliver exceptional results on time, you agree to provide timely feedback, necessary business assets (logos, raw copy, industry information), and necessary access to existing platforms (domain registrars, social media accounts) as requested during the onboarding and build phases.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment of all project fees, the intellectual property rights of the finalized deliverables (e.g., website code, custom graphics) transfer to the client. Team Pika Growth reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific NDA is signed prior to project commencement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Team Pika Growth shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services, or any drop in search engine rankings due to algorithmic updates beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Panvel, Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
